Rahul Ghosh, Registered Massage Therapist
Rahul Ghosh began his career in aerospace engineering β a field governed by precision, load tolerance, and how structures behave under sustained stress. He now brings the same thinking to the human body.
His transition began with the Inner Engineering program at the Isha Foundation, which deepened a long-standing yoga practice and reframed how he understood movement, breath, and recovery. He went on to train in traditional Indian and Ayurvedic bodywork before qualifying as a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario.
That combination shapes how he works. Sessions begin with assessment rather than assumption: what the tissue is doing, how the body is compensating, and where the restriction actually originates. Treatment is then built around that β informed by Ayurvedic technique, delivered within the clinical standards of Canadian massage therapy.
Clients often describe his work as unhurried and precise. He treats for pain, restricted movement, postural strain, and the accumulated tension of demanding work β and he explains what heβs finding as he goes, so you leave understanding your own body better than when you arrived.
Rahul continues to pursue advanced training, and works in both Sanskrit-rooted and evidence-based traditions with equal seriousness.
